        I took a broken necklace to them and Ciarra was very helpful. The necklace was given to me as a gift so there was not a warranty on it. She was able to give me a cost efficient option even without the warranty, so I could have my necklace repaired. It was a quick and simple process. The customer service was the best. I will shop here again!!

        Ciara was very helpful today on my visit. I prefer this location because of the customer service. I drive 20 minutes to the galleria instead of going to the location that is less than 5 minutes from my home.
