Edward was very thorough this week, inspecting two houses that we were looking to purchase. He met with me in person at each house to show me his findings. I also received full reports via e-mail each afternoon. With his great work, we were able to make an easy decision as to which house to write a contract.

Griffith Home Analysis is amazingly thorough and helpful in the home buying process. A good inspection is the place you do not want to cut corners and Andrew was methodical, thorough, helpful in his recommendations and explanations, and really took the burden off our minds of not knowing what we were getting into. Very thorough and helpful. Edward provided detailed information that he thoroughly explained and answered any question I had regarding the condition of the house I was purchasing. I had to have the inspection turned around pretty quickly and they were very efficient and met my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Worked with the Griffiths as a first-time home buyer. Highly recommend this group to anyone needing an inspection (commercial or residential). Inspectors are incredibly personable and accommodating. Any prospective buyer will appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, industry knowledge, and extensive network of highly qualified (and equally reputable) specialists who can provide additional services if needed. Buying property can be inherently hectic and stressful, but their high-caliber service helped us remove some pain points and make more informed decisions. Will come back!
