They were professional, timely, and there was a personal touch in their work that made me feel confident that really cared about doing the best for their clients. I couldn't have asked for more when it came to finding a thorough, responsive, respectable company. Brandon was responsive to any and all questions, even getting back to me the same day I asked for a quote. Took time to actually show me what the main issues were and explained them to me. I appreciate his promptness and completeness of the job. He and his wife were just great to deal with professionally and personally!

Brandon was contracted via our builder warranty to perform an independent home inspection to investigate some of our complaints. Even though he was contracted by the builder, he was incredibly thorough, walked the whole house (not just the disputed concerns), and listened to our concerns as well. A+
