No one answered. Not driving there until someone answers the phone and confirms that they are willing to serve customers in a pleasant and timely manner.

Used the drive thru and it's hard to say anything good about a drive thru unless it's Chic Filet. But I do love McDonald's coffee.

This location in the past would have gotten 5 stars do to friendly, professional and quick service. But they have definitely taken a turn for the worst lately with at best only getting friendly service-sometimes. It’s certainly not quick service any longer or professional from most employees. You will hardly receive a “thank you” or kind of good positive communications of any kind from many of the employees on the intercom or when you reach any of the windows. They tend to push off the food to you and drinks without so much as a word and several times when they hand off the drinks I’ll have to ask them “now which one is this? The Dr Pepper or Diet Coke?” And the response is always the same “I don’t know!!” and they didn’t even use the indicators on the lid. So we’re left to try each other’s drinks to figure it out and that’s not the best idea right now with Covid. I highly suggest for management to step up to the plate a bit more and work on the basics with all the employees again. I know it’s difficult to get people hired on right now and maybe to keep them on but this location is not going to be a regular stop for me and my family any longer. Until service gets better we will use other locations instead.
