        I'm super disappointed in it fries was soggy, bread was hard and I drove out the way to come get it because i was wanting some old school rally's then on top of all of that this location did not have a shake machine anymore one thing I can say as a positive that the cashier was amazing and he had great customer service!

        Terrible!!! Had us pull up to bring out food & the ONLY thing fresh were the fries for 3 combo meals totalling$30+. The burger was sloppy from mayo & ketchup just being slapped on it. The lettuce was old, brown, & slimy. Plus the burger meat looked & tasted if it had been under the light all day. Greasy and shriveled up so bad it looked Iike a bfast sausage patty. Just nothing good to say & all the staff were in yoga pants, bonnets, & crocs. I should've cancelled my order when I saw this...no professionalism at all!

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
