Rude and inconsiderate employees. They sent my Father to the hospital one time. Didn't bother to call me and tell me anything. When I went to pick him up I waited in the lobby for an hour, before I damn near beat the door down to get an employees attention. Someone finally sent the nurse out who had sent him to the hospital. I asked her what was wrong with him and asked her why didn't she call me to let me know she had sent him to the hospital. Her reply was "You never answer your phone anyways". Makes you wonder why a man might punch a woman in the face. Numerous times I've taken him and had to wait until 5:30 or later for them to even open the doors to receive customers. Why tell the patients to be there at 5:00 if they aren't going to open until 5:30. SMH, No customer appreciation, or customer skills needed to work at this place I suppose.
