I am a patient at this dialysis center . The staff that works here is beyond unprofessional. If you have a problem with this staff and complain nothing will be done. They are understaffed and the staff be disrespectful to the patients. The staff violates the patient rights on a regular. The staff openly discuss drug use amongst others patients and staff. Some of the female staff makes comments about the patients paying for sex like it a extra income . They tell your medical condition which violates the HIPP code of conduct. This is a unsafe place for dialysis patient. I been there for over a year and have seen alot of abuse going on. If you report it to the F.A. they act like you the problem. They be understaffed on a regular. It's no way they can offer anyone the best quality of care. Refusal to do anything about the patient abuse that is going on. I'm highly piss off about the care I receive and the other patients received. I have made several complains about what be going on there. I ask to be move to another dialysis center . They act like it no other center that can accept new patients. These people are not providing the patients with the kind of care they suppose to . This is our life line if you don't go you will die. You have no other choice but to let these people who work there treat you as a patientI any kind of way. If you have a love one who attend this dialysis center who can't do for their self they will dog them out. I done seen patients be talk down on because of their religious beliefs, they always be talking about a Muslim lady they want do anything for her. THE CLINIC has patients there with HIV, AIDS, HEPATITIS which can be tranmitted thur blood. They don't wash they hands they half clean the dialysis machine putting the other patients in risk to catch HIV,AIDS,AND HEPATITIS. The staff will work with you with other people blood on them. No matter how much you complain nothing is done. I want to live but I can't live like this . So please be aware if you or you family member have to come to this center.
