Children's of Alabama - Dentistry (Dental)

We had a consultation back in November,were told it would be summer time before the surgery would take place. It's April and I still haven't heard anything. I've called and been transfered to surgery dept and no one ever answers or has returned a phone call yet. And the person who does answer and transfer you isn't very friendly or helpful.

My grandson had a 8:00 am appointment, for a simple cleaning and we got here on time and wasnt seen until 10:13. They need to do better with this.

It's awful they need a new office manager!! The black woman at the front desk is scared of the patients and has a bad adutuied she needs another job the medical field is not for you if you are scared of the patients

My last time I'm going to them for a check up, they were never terrible, I'm getting too old to go to them now, so I just wanted to say that you guys were great. I'm going to miss you all
