Always a great experience at Valleydale Dental, and I dislike going to the dentist! Never wait long, staff are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Gonzalez is very down to earth.

Dr Gonzalez is one of the best and is an excellent dentist. If this review were about him alone it would be 5 stars. However, his staff do not return calls or show care and compassion at all. They charged my husband a no show fee when I was sure we had called to cancel the appointment due to him having to go on a business trip. Been patients there for years and never missed an appointment yet theyve had to cancel appointments on us at the last minute multiple times and we were always gracious and understanding. Sometimes it was even weeks out before they could get us rescheduled. But with the tables turned they extend no grace at all. Twice we had dental emergencies only to be turned away and told it would be 4 days before they could get us in. Asked to speak with the office manager and was told she would call us and she never did. Left voicemail for a call back from management and never received a call back. Even sent a letter trying to express our concerns to Dr Gonzalez himself and like most places Im sure his staff opens the mail and didnt bother to give it to him so we took our business elsewhere and now have a new dentist whose staff acknowledges and appreciates us and treats us with care and compassion.
