      Quite possibly the worst experience I have had with a bank to date. Very difficult to get anyone to actually call you back. Some of the employees are incompetent or unwilling to properly handle issues that arise. Only one employee actually took the time to explain and look into my issue to help get it resolved. I could go on! Be warned, your taking a 50/50 shot here.

      image Worst bank in alabama, not friendly and they look down on you. I can't even get no help from the support center or inside of the bank Definitely closing my account.

      image Alex is very professional employee. I meet him for the first time today and I had plenty of issues. And he resolved every one of the issues with great patience. And he has attitude. And we need plenty more evidence employees like Alex.
