i love this branch! it can be difficult to get to/very small parking lot BUT the staff is always so incredible! Tracie specifically always goes above and beyond to make me feel special!

06/09/2022Hi this is Mark and Tim Elders we've been members at Avadian Credit Union for a long time. The Homewood branch, 475 Green Springs Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35209 is our local branch. Miss Bonnie has always been there and she's always put the members first and she's very reliable. Recently there was a check that somehow was taken out of our account more than one time, but I called and left a voice message for Miss Bonnie. Bonnie called me back and said it would be taken care of and then she called to let me know it was corrected.  Also, I don't remember all the staff by their names at the Homewood Branch but they are really terrific very professional very pleasant and so is the guard, especially when he says "welcome to Avadian Credit Union." So please tell the higher-ups at Avadian Credit Union how amazing Miss Bonnie is. And all the staff at the Avadian Credit Union, Homewood branch, are wonderful too. Thank you. God bless! Horrible. Won't hire staff for the drive through. I've been through maybe a dozen screwed up transactions over the last several years, some very large (deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, even checks incorrectly drafted). Avoid. If you don't wish to heed my advice check your account EVERY day and budget in some time to be on the phone/visiting the branch a lot.
