Heaven's Best did a wonderful job with the carpet in our large auditorium! I expected the work to be done well, but the guys that did the cleaning were phenomenal! I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant and encouraging experience working with a vendor. Would absolutely recommend Heaven's Best to anyone and I genuinely look forward to the next time I have them over for a job again!

They stated on the website that they would move smaller furniture to clean. After they left I walked my house and they cleaned around everything. They didnt even clean behind the doors. I also had them clean a couch and a loveseat. You can now see streaks on the furniture where some was cleaned and some wasnt. I would not recommend this company. I have a hard time accepting sub par work. If you are going to state things on your website please follow through with them. Since you have replied to this review and asked me to remove it may I also add that it was just not 1 door and they did not move anything . There are several small items that were not touched. I appreciate you reaching out but it is too little too late. You should not have to ever return to redo a simple job.I am also noticing that some stains are reappearing.

That is why we offered to come back and Reclean for FREE.Along with our website stating that we Do Not move Large or Heavy items of Furniture such as Hutches, Bookcases, Entertainment Centers, Desks, etc., it also states that we have a 30-Day Guarantee. I am sorry that our Technicians did not communicate to you that we Do not move these Heavy items and therefore they did not vacuum behind your Dresser, Desks and File Cabinets. And, I am so sorry that our Technicians missed behind one of your doors. But, as our Guarantee states: If we miss a spot or area, or if a spot or stain comes back, we will come back and reclean for FREE, no questions asked. Therefore, we are Happy to Honor our Guarantee with you just like we do with All our Customers. When you contacted us, we Immediately offered to come back and Reclean for you for FREE. Unfortunately, you declined and you didn’t mention anything about your sofa and loveseat. But, since you just brought them up, we would Love to come back and Reclean them for FREE as well, at your convenience.
