Richard, Luke, and Wesley from Bright Star Carpet Cleaning in Birmingham did an amazing job on my oriental carpet. Their timeliness was perfect, and they promptly delivered the cleaned carpet. They arrived fully equipped and even took the extra step to cut the carpet pad for me, which was greatly appreciated. Their overall carpet cleaning job was outstanding. Despite the carpet being over thirty years old, they managed to make it look shining and as pristine as new. Their expertise was truly first-class.

The team member, Richard, was professional, courteous, and thoughtful. He meticulously explained his planned tasks and confirmed if the stain would be eliminated or not. I had several questions which he answered with maximum expertise. Really admired the service we got. They were extremely informative. My sectional carpet looked fantastic after Caleb from Bright Star Carpet Cleaning was done with it. My rug is incredibly clean. I just vacuumed and barely had any dirt in the chamber, it's packed full. Will undoubtedly employ their services again in Birmingham.
