        Well the avis pick up spot is kinda hard to see a nother gentleman and i walked around for a few mins but found it. So i went to get my car was not told there was a deposit on the car and it had to be on a major CC. I did have one but in stead he used my debit car witch i was wanting to pay for the car. The car i was given was ok not the best but it clean on the inside the outside needed some work done on it.

        Cant believe their customer service sucks. They always deny to exchange cars even there are issues with it. Staff is rude (especially people who work at night) I used have a monthly rentals and am paying hundreds of bucks every month and they are not even trying to exchange car. Worst experience ever!!! Worst customer service. Hertz is much better !
