        My insurance company and myself have been trying to get in touch with them concerning an account for almost a week and no response. The number on the website goes straight to an answering machine with no call back. I sent a message on website and no response.

        This is the first that I have dealt with Heritage and it has been a very pleasant experience so far. I had been sent out of town for work about the time I bought my vehicle and they were very understanding with the issues that come with working out of state while trying to keep up with all of life's bills.
