        The customer lounge and entire service area were clean and comfortable. My service agent was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I got an hour down the road and I had the same problem with my car that they said they fixed. So overallnot impressed.

        Service department was hard to find as it was separated from the sales department. Waiting room was average. It took 2 1/2 hours to do a oil change and rotate the tires. I was not offered to have car picked up services.
