AT&T Store

Worst customer service I have ever had whoever was working at this time needs to be fired. Refused to help me told me he was having an awful day tired of dealing with dumb old people and people who have no idea how to use technology. He had long hair and tattoos and refused to give me his name after he refused to help me. Wasnt wearing a name tag either was honestly so horrible he needs to be let go as all I was trying to do was give AT&T my money

I made the swap from VZW to try ATT. I found out that they have better coverage in my area. So far the coverage has been better. My only concerns have come from the billing and expectations. I was told that my bill would be around $220 initially if I swapped my family and added a line. Then Zak told me that I could even get 3 new phones and add a phone for around $250 as long as the phones that we traded in were sufficient. After the trade ins, Zak told me that we actually got the most amount for our phones. I left there happy with my decision. Then I find out that my first bill is $412!!!! I understand that there are going to be some differences but $162 difference is crazy. I had to go back and change my plan just so that I could afford to stay with ATT since I already left my other plan. I have used ATT before for home internet but I have never had this many issues with the billing.

great customer service, loved the conversation I had with Zach and Dylan. they helped me out and got my bill lower with the promotion they have for the S24 ultra! 10/10 would recommend for anybody looking for a new service!

Excellent customer service. They have great promotions. He got my bill lower from what I was paying on Verizon! If you're looking for a good phone buying experience, I highly recommend seeing the folks at this store.
