        After dealing with this company, I would not recommend living at any property that they manage. I understand that student housing is typically bad (unfortunately), but I imagine other properties have to be better.

        They provided outdated HOA documents at closing indicating a $250 annual fee when it's actually $500. They charge a $30 fee for a payment plan for monthly payments after the Zillow listing clearly stated a monthly payment.
