I had a disappointing experience with Owens, Meredith, and Sons. The service fell short in several ways. Communication was lacking, with emails and calls going unanswered. Additionally, there were issues with transparency and honesty. We have been trying to reach these people over a month with no success. They will not answer the phone, respond to emails, or text messages. When I first moved in, my deposit was $1200 plus the first months rent, I paid that. Now Im unable to talk to anyone concerning them returning my deposit. We fulfilled our lease, I cleaned the house from top to bottom. Sent pictures and all, still no response. Overall, I would not recommend their services. Sadly I am considering taking legal action because their communication really stinks. Almost a month and no one has yet to contact or write me back.

A lady was given a key to my daughter's apartment bc she cosigned the lease. My daughter left my grandson with me there and the lady came in after she saw my daughter leave for work and scared us, brought 4 other people with her and my wallet came up missing in the process. This is unlawful. In the process of handling it.
