        Poor communication, rude. They have been charging my account $6 extra per month (in addition to the $120 that Im already paying per month) without notifying me or explaining what the charge is for. I also dont understand what the $120/month charge is paying for when our community pool has been inoperable since I moved here in 2020 Edited to add photos of what weve been paying $120/month for since 2020. A non-functioning pool and a clubhouse that looks like it hasnt been touched since the 90s
