        Unprofessional and fail to maintain property for health safety and appearance. If a repair is made poor quality and workmanship. Read your lease carefully. They keep a portion of your deposit for administrative fees. Upon questioning their maintenance staff was advised most are self contractors. Pictures documents coming.
