AT&T Store

All three guys were ready to help me with questions I had. They were very professional. Hunter cooper the manager was helpful with his training of new employees. Very impressed.

The associates were very helpful. They did try to sell me on promotions, but I told them what I wanted. And essentially they got me exactly what I wanted and needed.

Ive been an AT&T customer for years. A friend recently switched over, and this specific store helped him make the switch from Vz. They gave him a new phone, but gave him no pin or account number. He got home and had no service. He noticed that none of the contact information on the account was correct, including the address, that the representative added. He went back to the store to get the account number so he could update the information. The system was down. He called AT&T and waited over an hour (two days in a row) to talk to someone. They wouldnt give him an account number or help him with his pin, and told him he would have to wait 30 days for the bill to come. He decided to switch back to Verizon, which was another huge ordeal. Today he tried to return the AT&T phone and they refused to help him because he didnt have an account number, which they refused to give him. The district manager said it wasnt his problem. This is an awful way to treat customers. I do not recommend this store due to their lack of service, unclear policies, and unprofessionalism.
