        This company is so shady in many ways. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM THEM! They will take your entire deposit and charge you for upkeep they never maintained even when notified and previous damages or repairs. Response: The house was not rent ready at all when we moved in, and your company just so happen to not receive paperwork from the previous management. The washer was never fixed after numerous attempts and you only sent out people that made things worse. I agree with the removal of the two pieces of furniture and some trash. Although the neglected paint job on the interior that was the same when we left is somehow now are responsibility. 2K in painting costs on a place that had maybe been painted twice in the 100 year history. Additionally we were charged for light bulbs, broken kitchen cabinet and more that was reported before move in.

      Hello Alex, We have thoroughly reviewed your tenancy history and want to address your concerns regarding the charges deducted from your security deposit. We would like to clarify that the itemized charges that were deducted from your security deposit were justified. These charges included the cost of removing trash and personal property left at the property and the cleaning costs required to return the home to a rent-ready condition. We understand that you have claimed that we charged you for "upkeep" of the property, but we want to assure you that this is not true. If you require further clarification, we can provide you with a copy of our 100-page photo inspection report that details the condition in which you returned the property to our office. We want to remind you that if you disagree with any security deposit deductions, you can always contact our office, and we will be happy to review any disagreements for reconsideration. However, we are confident that our charges were valid and fair.
