Ive rented with silver home for 3 years and counting. Ive never had a bad experience and the property manager has always been prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. We had such personalized service that we were able to look at the perfect house, place an offer and close without issue all within 3 weeks.

Margaret is a bit scatter brained at times so make sure everything is documented or in email. our AC broke in April 2018 and it took a good 3 weeks to get repaired. I was heavily pregnant and got told its not over 100 degrees so its not urgent but when asked what clause states that, couldnt get any answers. However it did light some fire under her to get something arranged to fix it. Also had a microwave that went out and that took months to get replaced. We ended up having to buy our own. They eventually came around to changing it and the color of the microwave (white) didnt even match the other black appliances. When we were close to move out (final month), we had people show up to see the house and our lease wasnt even up yet. We had boxes everywhere and were packing the house up but we felt bad they drove across town so we let them in. Of course Margaret texts later apologizing for not telling us she sent her new tenants over to check it out. No option to pay online and I dont trust mailing rent checks so you have to drive across town inconveniently to pay rent. Even went to extend our lease and there was another persons name on it. Overall not a perfect experience. Lots of headache and wouldnt really recommend to friends. HOWEVER, the best thing is the extremely fair prices homes so if youre looking for a good deal, thats the place to go
