I bought a shoe based on the employees recommended sizing. It was too small and my feet hurt and I had to size up.

Bob, Terry, and Nelly do a great job here. It's awesome having a local store available to get the right size on AEs different lasts. The shoes are an incredible value and beautifully made.

Worst customer service! I tried to call them all day to ask them a question before I drive all the way there. No one picked up the phone.

I had a great experience when I went to this Allen Edmonds shoe store. The employee Neli was very helpful and made me very knowledge about shoes and proper fitting, as well as helping me figure in my orthotics I left at home.
