EILEEN FISHER

Busiest shopping day of the year, no one is in the store, 1 person at the register.  No offer to help look for an item I was was searching for or offer up alternatives.  Doesn't appear they are interested in selling their clothing.  Been to other Eileen Fisher locations in other U.S, cities, this is the worst in terms of service and approachability.

I would rate a 0/5 stars, but thats not allowed. I took my mom in who frequently shops at other Eileen Fisher stores regularly. She was rushed to add items to her room as soon as she touched a hanger, prior to even picking the item up. She also was told 10 minutes before closing that they closed at the 6pm. The worker locked the door before closing time when we were still in store. When my mom opened the curtain in the fitting room and was asked how things turned out she said nothing worked out. The lady then proceeded to clear out the unwanted clothes from the dressing room before my mom had even put her shoes on. She saw an outfit she wanted but needed a different size and was told yeah we dont have that size and no offer to order. My mon walked out very disgusted and refuses to return there when home in the area in the future. Shes a long time and frequent buyer. This is extremely disappointing as I wont buy gifts for her from this location anymore either now after todays experience.
