It did take a few phone calls to get ahold of someone at Dell's, but it is because they are in the field working. I called at 11am and they sent a tech by 1:30 the same day. They quickly diagnosed our problem, and repaired what they could within a half an hour. The tech did have to come back the next morning, but our heating issues were repaired within an hour at a very reasonable cost. We'll be using Dell's for any future heating/air issues and for routine maintenance.

Called several times and left voice mails. No answer. Submitted an online request at their site. No response. Will have to look for other HVAC folks.

As a Realtor, Dells Heating & Air is my go too company!! They are reliable and very professional. They have come to the rescue on short notice multiple times and does the work right the first time. Very reasonable with their pricings. I recommend every to use this company!
