So my mother had an air mattress and while she was at a 5 day brake the bed got unplugged. We had some issues with the mattress and had them check it out as it was not working correctly. Derek came out to show us how to properly deal with the mattress if we had issues. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of how the mattress works, even showed us if the power went out what to do. I called to let the company know what awesome service he provided and said that he needed to be a trainer for them. I also said that they needed to give Derek a raise!!

Liz helped me with the fitting of my CPAP and did a great job explaining everything.
However, Ive been trying to get my supplies refilled and Ive tried numerous times and no-one answers the phone. This is very frustrating. They cannot be this busy this many days and different times of the day!!!
