        One star is too much! Horrible Horrible customer service.

        husband and i had spent several days jumping through hoops trying tp get my CPAP through Segos my husband finally got copy of orders and paperwork brought them to Matrix and left with the CPAP machine and supplies 45 minutes later. Matrix got insurance authorization, instructed my husband on equipment, and I started therapy that day. Excellent service. Matrix is our new provider of home care supplies, Segos turn around time would have been 8 days !.

        Veery Good Service ,Robbie wasa very nice and imformative!!! The only reason I am ending service is that the VA is now supplying my oxygen ..thank you for your excellent service
