        I made a reservation to be picked up at my house for a rental at 9:30am. I received a confirmation email and was told the next steps were to just wait for a call when they arrive. No call was received, no message at all, so an hour goes by and I asked a friend to give me a ride to go pick up the car I reserved. I get there and am told that I have to wait til 2:30pm for them to get me. No apology on their behalf, no nothing just that it was my fault when I clearly have a confirmation on my phone and clearly had a reservation. Horrible service. Recommend booking a rental elsewhere.
