What is the point of them having a propane filling station?? They say its always broken, every time we go there?? Fix the problem. Or is it that the staff just doesnt want to do it because they are inside in the ac on their phones

We have rented from this location off and on several times over the last few years. We even stored our imports from Italy temporarily at the Gandy location. Last week, Jermicah, Rakeem and Courtney handled our rental, return and contracts. ALL of them were ALL smiles and conveyed enthusiasm in what they did. The rental process was smooth and efficient. Great teamwork and a great location.

1. Be clear on UBox at Contract signing that you require 24 hours' notice to access; I couldn't find this anywhere and showed up unable to get my Box. 2. The U Box was atrocious. There were screws that penetrated the inside against my contents. Who's in charge of maintaining these? They need training. 3. My rental truck rental was a mess. They had the wrong equipment staged outside that I had rented (two furniture dolly's and a regular dolly), BUT the worst part was moving that equipment to the truck to find the truck was filthy- looked like food and dog food in the rear cargo area where my goods were to go. The technician was nice enough and cleaned it out an apologized; but more time to wait and I was on a time budget. Overall UHaul came across as mismanaged, and poor service relations.

Excelente from start to finish. All employees very helpful and always smiling. I am glad I went to this location now is my preferred place for rental
