I remember when I was in the shoes of the front desk...I was around their age doing a similar medical job about ten years ago. The only thing different, I had empathy for my patients. I was reminded THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT via text that my grandmother had an appt at this facility. I get there today and I am told they tried to reach me via my grandmother's house phone last week to let us know the CRNP would not be in. How come the system reminded me the day before for an appt they had been trying to reschedule???? One would usually attempt all phone numbers on file and email if they actually cared. Alas, they allow their phone and text systems to contact with inconsistent messages. I HATE an incompetent office. Now my grandmother with dementia keeps requesting what she did wrong since her doctor couldn't see her today. And, nope, the front desk did not care. No sorry. Total blame on the patient. I asked to disable the texting to my phone since it's useless...allowed me to check in to an appt two hours before that was cAnCeLlEd. We are scheduled for over a month out as I am the sole caregiver. This office sure does get off easy since there are limited neurologists in our town. Shame.

Horrible I will say the young lady that gave me the shock test to my hand very nice and professional the doctor(Larry W. Epperson) on the other hand he was not. I wasnt shown anything I was given several shocks in my hand so naturally I would think I would be shown which area in my hand was the issue instead I received You got carpal tunnel in your right hand do these exercises, buy a brace with metal, grab your things and head to the left to leave. He used a small needle stabbed at my arms and hands and pulled out Kleenex for me to wipe the blood off .This was possibly the worst visit I have ever had in my life I to be honest cried afterwards thats just how horrible it was I felt rushed it was as if I were at a fast food restaurant no Do you have any questions for me? nothing I hope I never have an experience like this again with a doctor.

Staff is Rude as Hell!!! I literally made my one phone call to these people to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone was literally arguing with me within 2 minutes on the phone telling me to contact a different doctor! This is the most insane health care experience Ive ever had.

One of the best doctor visits Ive had lately!!! I suffer with migraines - which seems to be getting more frequent and more debilitating. Neuro Consults was an answer to prayer. Along with medication trials, they gave me lifestyle suggestions that has helped. I liked the fact that they seem to treat the whole body. . . not just the headache.
