I wish I had read these reviews before starting treatment with this practice. Dr. Palmer is kind until he is not. I was cut off from treatment because of a pharmacy error. Just cut off. No replies to my emails or anything. Pretty sure he cares only about the money, not his patients having brain zaps due to being cut off of their antidepressants. Absolutely 100% do not recommend.

Dr. Palmer and Rachael Williams are both great. Glad I got in with them when I did. I look forward to my regular appointments with Dr. Palmer. I always feel better afterward.

Everyone is cool and understanding. I just wish they would listen to what I need. The meds have worked. But all i can do is sleep on them. I wish I could go back to Xanax and other low meds. I will be shut down but can still function for work etc. I had issues with opiates. No benzos But I know regulations can be changed. Otherwise everything is awesome.

I was a patient at this practice for more than 3 years, 2 months ago I was diagnosed with late stage breast cancer as I began treatment I was assured my medications would not be changed while I was going through chemo. First they abruptly stopped my anxiety medication and then when I got my oncologist to write them for me I was emailed and dropped from the practice 6 days before I was due for refills on my anti depressant and adhd medication. We all know how difficult it is to get into a psychiatrist office so I am left withdrawing from those medications while fighting for my life to beat cancer and on top of that they refuse to send me my medical records without a judges court order. So if you want any peace of mind I do not recommend this practice what so ever Mrs. Williams has always been so kind to me but its clear to me that Dr. Palmer has no concern for his patients what so ever.
