I had a good experience here I just hated my insurance don't cover my frames until next year. No complaints. I will be going there on my next visit.

Was very happy to get an appointment within a day of calling as it was a fairly new location and very close to home. The front desk greeted me immediately to fill out paperwork but after telling me the doctor would be with me shortly, was left to figure out where to wait ( the waiting area is in a back corner). The assistant was very friendly but the doctor was definitely in need of people skills. He wasnt rude but just very matter of fact as if he was already anticipating his next patient. He provided a me with a new prescription, handed me a coupon for eye drops, and took off towards the front desk without waiting to see if I was following. By the time I got there, he was already moving on to something/someone else. The young lady who helped me pick out my new glasses was the bright spot of the appointment. Very friendly and helpful. When I tried to use the coupon for eye drops later that same day, was told the coupon was expired and had been for 3 months. Very disappointing.

I've gone here for years. The staff is great and the past eye doctors helpful. The new one is smart enough to get you your correct prescription but, if you have any questions for get it. He starts to answer before you even finish your question to know what your asking or needing to know. I wear tri-focals and in the past we have always made mild adjustments to accommodate my career. I recently changed my career and needed to adjust to my new focal needs. If the only problem is where the lines are on my glasses then where to I get indepth help to find glasses that i can use and why in the past adjustments to my prescription worked out just fine. I cauld not use line free lens. I used my insurance so now I have to pay out of pocket to see a more helpful ophthalmologist. I need to see. I have several eye issues and need someone who listens and helps me see. I need to see to work.
