They schedule you for an appointment, then once you finally see the Dr. they rush through everything to get you out before they close. I mysteriously owed $25 on the dot (AFTER I already paid a copay) that I kept putting off paying -only for about 6 months, due to other way more important medical problems I had going on) THEY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT WARNING. 99% of the people you'll speak with sound rude/condescending also. NEVER going back to these people.

I had cataract surgery (both eyes) at Pacific NW Eye Associates. I asked my personal retinologist to recommend a doctor to his mother for cataracts and he said Dr. Patel at Pacific NW Eye Associates. In fact, his parents were under Dr. Patel's care. I took my retinologist's advice and my surgeries and aftercare at Pacific NW Eye Associates were well-organized from the first appointment. The surgeries were clearly explained by Dr Patel and the appointment processes, aftercare and follow-up were explained and followed with reminders by medical and administrative staff. I have recommended Pacific NW Eye Associates to several friends.

After working in Seattle for 16 years and having all my doctors there, including my eye doctor. It was difficult to think that I would find another doctor who could replace my wonderful doctor in Seattle when I retired. Well, find him I did. I did some research and found Dr. Chiu from Pacific Northwest Eye Association. Dr. Chiu was gracious and as we got to know each other, I felt completely at ease with his service and care. The staff at Pacific Northwest Eye Associates are wonderful too. Friendly and helpful. A few years after starting care with Pacific Northwest Eye Associates and specifically having Dr. Chiu as my doctor, I am finally not wearing glasses. Dr. Chiu is an excellent eye doctor/surgeon. I highly recommend him and Pacific Northwest Eye Associates. I know I will get the best eye care there. Having worked with many doctors in King County - I know excellence when I see it. Most especially, when I personally experience it. To Dr. Chiu and the other doctors and staff at Pacific Northwest Eye Associates, THANK YOU! HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SEASON.

I must start from telephone contact, I contacted your establishment via phone, in the number 1 position Forever. Then to voicemail, then 4:45 just nothing. Your voicemail states two or three days for a response, when you need quick information, The next day I call and the only way spoke to a person was to go through the billing department. Which was really helpful. Once at appointment had to wait 20 minutes to get paperwork that I could have filled out in those 20 minutes of dead wait time. If a patient shows up they must be there for service. Especially if they ask for said paperwork. Never again I pray.
