Worst bank ever. Its no wonder their locations are like ghost towns. Do not bank here. You will regret it. They are not customer focused and do not care about keeping their customers happy and satisfied especially if you have an error or fraud on your account. They are snotty and think they are better than everyone.

I love this hometown bank, my father did business here and now, so do I. When you walk in, you're greeted by name, customer service is superb. If you want a personal banking experience, open an account here.

It's been over year since first citizens bank bought out guarantu/ best Bank.During that time, they have failed to merge their new customers with their existing services. Its still required to go inside to complete all transactions and also they still use paper forms to fill out in order to do anything on your account. On top of that, only certain tellers are dedicated for Best Bank customers which causes unnecessary wait when other tellers are free. They shrug off any complaints you may have and have the same ridiculous fees as Best Bank did. Obviously they don't realize why they went out of business in the first place. The inconvenience and lengthy waits hav caused me to change banks all together and not looking back
