The large sized lady, I think she is the manager Cathy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone that old should understand good customer service by now or retire!

Clarice welcomed me as soon as I opened the door. She was friendly and kind. She was able to help me quickly and offered additional services that applied to my situation.

Cathy/kathy is RUDE. I was working with another rep in regards to a few questions I had about the account. Cathy came out butted in and was very condescending towards me. She just assumed she knew what she was talking about but didnt know the personal situation. She told the rep I was speaking with to give me someone elses number they couldnt help me. I came in to get exactly what my rep gave me a copy of everything nothing more. She insinuated on more than one occasion that I committed fraud on my account while I was under a drs care. She doesnt understand that pins can be purchased on the black web so youre guilty the way that she sees in. Definitely would recommend more training. Up to date training at that. We are in a world of technology anybodys information can be bought off the web.

I called this branch to help cancel a check that was lost in the mail. The person I spoke with on the phone was very demeaning and impatient as I tried to look for needed information. I was surprised to have this experience with Regions as all my experiences at other locations have been wonderful. I will not be using this branch in the future. Very disappointed.
