Horrible horrible horrible. Appraised our home way too low based off of homes that aren't even comps. I was quoted 7-10 business days and it took 12 with a horrible lack of communication as to why it was delayed. Important information was left off the appraisal about our property that would help the value - completely ignored. And these are big things like a 3rd garage and second kitchen. One of the comps to our remodeled home was a "fixer upper". Another comp was in a different county! Beware of this company - hire someone that knows what they are doing.

Tabitha was great and helped us get a full price offer on our home by putting together a rebuttal after the buyers appraisal. Highly recommend!

Their team of appraisers is knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of appraisal areas, including real estate, personal property, and business valuations. They use the latest technology and methods to ensure accurate and comprehensive appraisals every time, and not to mention they stand by their numbers and clients.
Furthermore, their customer service is exceptional. They are a family business and it shows because they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
