Im giving it 5 stars bc it is low income & u might not have the same Amenities as market rate properties but theres nothing u cant work with, Ive only been here 2 days but the laundry facilities are super inexpensive, its the cleanest apartment Ive ever moved into, surrounded by parks & green trees & a very walkable neighborhood with access to everything except a bus line. Its so quiet its kind of eerie considering their is supposed to be other kids here, the application process does take awhile, the govt doesnt work fast, but its not the office ladies fault. I think were going to like it a lot & I do recommend

Save yourself a huge headache!!!! The woman forgets everything u tell her and loses everything you give her which creates a huge mess and confusion with paperwork and what your rent is supposed to be so then they will just make your income whatever they want it to be and screw you over!! Due to the heating system they have the electric bill is sky rocket so u might as well use that money for a regular apartment and have something that doesn't look like the inside of an outdated hospital and living in a place where they are just cold hearted!!
