        I used my apartment as a show apartment from March to October. They entered my apartment with no notice! Im glad I put in a camera before the incident because who knows how many times they have done this before. I talked to the landlord Katie about the incident and all I got was an apology even though them entering was totally illegal and breaking a rule in the contract. I work in property management for apartments and Ill I can say is that how they handled the situation was unprofessional. Next step in this is legal action. I will definitely not be renewing my lease next year.

      Hi Mackenzie,We did want to address this review. We do have show apartments that we use throughout the renting season that do receive a rent credit for being a show apartment. You sign an agreement stating we can show with short notice or no notice at all due to you receiving that discount. We do always like to give as much notice as possible and try to even give a full day notice ahead just to make sure not to disrupt the resident too much because we do appreciate our show apts so much. We sincerely apologize that this one time you didn’t receive the notice you usually get. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to me. Wishing you the best!
