Staff is very friendly and helpful! I would love to see more convertibles in the fleet at my local enterprises!

Very unprofessional! I was told they had a standard size SUV then when I got there they gave me a Jeep Compass!!! Justin was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife over the phone. Jeremy was a delight to work with very knowledgeable and experienced. He is the only good thing they have going for them. WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

We had a rental reservation in advance due to an auto accident. Besides taking almost an hour to pick us up from the collision shop 3 minutes away, they didn't have our correct size vehicle. When we called the insurance agency they stated we were correct and didn't know why the location shows a different size. We then received a not so clean vehicle which under most people standards would not be considered "clean", but the agent thought it was. My wife expressed her frustration for time wasted and inconvenience to the manager

The Vehicle was Clean and smooth. I had a chance to drive the VW TIGUAN sweet experience for my family of 4 from VA to FL and back. I also would like to mention Jeremy Got me on the road with awesome customer service and greeted me as soon as I walked the whole crew did. Thats the type of customer service I love. When I came Back I also was greated It was raining down hard yet I was still greeted with a smile from Ms. Ayana. Both employees were polite kind and courteous. Thank you For making my enterprise experiences seemless and awesome!
