Mountain Park Academy and Learning Center

This is by far one of the best childcare providers my child and I have encountered. They are CLEAN, friendly, and caring. They have real and genuine relationships with the children and you can feel the love they have for each and every one of them. My child has shown so much growth not just in learning but socially also. Thank Mr.Patel and staff!

Wouldnt hesitate to send my kids here again. Great location and facility, all staff members are pleasant and nice. My family loved our time here!

My son attended this daycare for about a year. A daycare in 2023 with no cameras or apps for communication is a red flag I wont ever overlook again. At least twice my son had small marks on him and when I asked, where was the incident report or what happened, I was told it was left on top of the cabinet or the teacher left early & I would have to find out tomorrow..Now the teachers never gave me bad vibes, and I can tell they were good to my son, but the owner Harry is the reason we left. My son had a tantrum at am drop off to the point he vomited- he wasnt ill it was just typical 2 year old behavior bc he couldnt take his book in class. His teacher understood & let him in class, but an hr later Harry emails me to come pick him up bc of their policy. I arrived at 1p to get him but he was sleep for a nap & BOTH teachers told me to let him nap & come back later bc they didnt want to wake him up. When I returned, Harry made an entire scene in the lobby by yelling at me bc I did not come soon enough. He insisted none of the teachers told me to leave & let him sleep, & that if it happened again my son would not be allowed to attend daycare. He then proceeded to try & discuss my sons immunization records needing to be updated as if this was an appropriate time to discuss. He was so condescending & irate that all the teachers timidly left the lobby & didnt want to say anything. I was in tears defending myself bc of what his teachers instructed me to do! He was so irate his wife had to PHYSICALLY push him into his office while he insisted on arguing with me With my son in my arms. Everything about his actions were extremely unprofessional & disrespectful. He couldve ran the cameras to verify anything before attacking & calling me a liar as if I was one of his students or employees. This just shows he is hot headed & liable to lose his cool even in front of children. No way Im patronizing a business owned by anyone with this type of character. Especially when I never pay late & my child doesnt cause any issues! Attend at your own risk
