I absolutely LOVED this daycare! I hated my child was there temporarily as I worked in the area for a couple of months. I loved the caring and involved staff, there seemed to be something fun going on every week and lots of learning activities for the kids. I especially loved being able to tap in during the day to check on my child. Would 100% recommend this daycare! If I'm ever back in the area I'd for sure enroll my child again!

We really wanted to love Childtime. We enjoyed the tour we took, and all the staff members were very friendly. However, the daycare itself fell below our expectations when it came to sending our infant. To start, the updates we got through SproutAbout were inconsistent, so we never really knew if/when our baby napped or ate. The first day, the staff forgot to give her her bottle, and several days they sent home solids that had clearly not even been opened or given to my baby. On top of that, I was asked to fill out a feeding schedule, but it was never followed. My daughter did not receive her bottle or solids at the specified times, and in fact they were given to her at different times every day, sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon.
While I did love that they offered camera access, it did show me some things I didnt love. First, my baby spent most of her 5-hour day either in a high chair (even without food) or in her crib awake. We were told babies were on their own schedule, but there is a designated nap time every day from 12-2:30, and even when my child was awake the whole time, she was just left in her crib. Rarely did we see her getting an opportunity to just crawl around and explore. Several times she was left crying for long periods even with multiple teachers in the room. The teachers would be holding calm babies and talking while ignoring my baby crying. This wasnt constant - she did receive attention - but it happened often enough during the first week that it made us uncomfortable.
These were frustrating issues but probably could have been worked out over time. However, there were three specific incidents that led to us unenrolling our daughter after the first week. At one point while checking in on her, my husband saw the babies eating solids with no direct supervision. One teacher had her back to them while another was across the room giving a bottle to a baby. The second incident was when I saw a teacher grab a baby by the upper arm and drag her around to the other side of the teachers body before lifting the baby up by her arm to put her in a chair. Lastly, I checked on my daughter and saw her grab a plastic bag off the changing table and pull it into her crib with her. I waited a few seconds and didnt see anyone notice, so I told my husband who called the school and had them go remove it. At no point during this time did anyone so much as glance at my baby to see that she had a suffocation hazard in her crib. While the admins were apologetic, we just couldnt bring ourselves to keep our daughter in a daycare where we felt her safety was not a top priority. These were also things we just happened to catch when using the cameras to check on our baby, which didnt inspire confidence that we could focus on work without having to constantly watch her to avoid future issues. I cant speak for the classes for older kids, but at least for infants, I wouldnt recommend this daycare.

My experience started off pleasant however when it came time for my child to move from the one year old to the two year old classroom we started to have problems. My child was potty training prior to two however they did not have staff in the one year old classroom to support this but the two year old class did. I was very persistent in my request as it did not make sense to keep two year olds in the class who are not actively training. Once he started the two year old class I started getting reports my child was biting kids and was called one day and told to come get him and he could not come back. Which was not following procedures per the school. I asked why I was not provided a meeting to discuss and was told I could have the meeting. It was never scheduled and since it felt like they were finding a reason to kick him out as he was never a bitter at home or with other kids we officially withdrew him and secured another day care. Meanwhile I was charged for the week and called the school. I was told a refund was processed and it was displayed on the parent payment site but the money was never refunded. A month later after being told several times it was being processed and never receiving funds I disputed with my bank. The next day after my funds were deposited after the bank investigation the school filled the payment under collections with TRS that my check bounced. Why are you sending me to collections after my child was withdrawn and my finds finally returned. By the way Ms. Symone is a sweet heart and was amazing in the administration. Sorry if I misspelled her name

Weve had our toddler at Childtime for about 8 months now and we couldnt be happier with the quality of care they provide for her and our family. We had a rough go around with our first daycare when we moved to the area, so I certainly was nervous about a new environment. However, Childtime exceeded our expectations and treated both our daughter and mom and dad like family from day 1. Our daughter ADORES her teachers in the twos classroom, including the rest of the staff as well, and I just cant say enough about how kind they are. The consistent updates in the app about playtime, what they are learning, mealtime, potty time, and nap time make us constantly feel reassured, and I love that I can check in and watch the live stream of the classroom throughout the day. The ladies in charge, Angel and Seymone, are so warm and welcoming and never once made me doubt placing our girl in their facility. I cannot recommend this daycare enough, we are so incredibly grateful for them!
