I had a huge plumbing fix so I had to get new floors. The sales man (Pat) came to my house and presented my flooring options based on my budget. Wendy in the office walked me through the whole process, was wonderful with communicating what was happening through the whole process. Then months later I had a small issue and they scheduled the work right away and came out and completed the work in a timely manner!! I highly recommend this company ! Karen in Bixby

Great price and beautiful work. Would have appreciated maybe a little bit more communication during the process, but our hardwood floors were saved and we are grateful. Before, during, and after photos. You can't even tell where the wall was.

I highly recommend anyone looking to have their floors done to go to FCI! They did offer to save the baseboards and reapply them, we opted to not save them and we plan to do that ourselves. Not only was Pat and Wyndi a pleasure to talk to, the team of guys that came and did the job did it perfect! We can't thank y'all enough
