Artisent Floors

Very tight parking lot. Dumpsters, large pot holes, raised surfaces. You have to blindside in, then they hand unload you. They do have a forklift and ramp but wont use it. Never again!

I have owned 3 houses in my lifetime, but downsized to apartment living 5 years ago. So, I have seen my share of what companies pass off as "Good" carpet. I had a fire recently and needed the carpet replaced. The quality ,look and feel of this carpet is amazing! Artisent Floors product is only exceeded by their customer service-The Branch Manager-Colby Jordan was needed on site unexpectedly and was at my apartment in about 5 minutes and went right to work. He was professional and patient, answering all my questions. He is a Rock Star in my book! This is The Company you want to use for flooring. Integrity can still be found, even today!!
