I have been calling on Quality Appliance Repair since at least 2016, maybe back to 2012. My Maytag washer and dryer were manufactured in 1976 and I bought them at a garage sale in 1996. They are "Old Reliable" to be sure, but even a Maytag of that era does require a little help now and then from a repair man. Mark of Quality Appliance has made a few visits over the years to keep my dryer running, each visit to repair something different on the machine, never to fix the same problem again. He just left my home after working on the washer for the first time since I bought it 25 years ago.
When I call Quality Appliance for service, the scheduler tells me about what time of day the tech will arrive and the tech will call me when he is on the way. It has always turned out to work exactly like this. On my most recent washer repair, Mark came out Monday to diagnose the problem. With my Maytag washer being 45 years old, it obviously required him to have to order the replacement part. He told me he would have the part and be able to replace it Friday. As it turned out the part arrived early and he called me to say he could finish the job a day early if that would be okay with me. Being retired, of course it was.
I hope to run my Maytag washer dryer set for as long as I possibly can. I am not cheap, when it finally goes, I will replace it, but for now, it is a point of amusement, of curiosity and of pride. My Quality Appliance tech, Mark, seems to share that goal with me. Quality Appliance Repair, in my experience, is efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and gives me value for my money. I consider Quality Appliance Repair to be a 5 star vender. Service: Washing machine repair

Great first time experience. Fast and friendly service . They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. They quickly fixed our dryer and the rate charged was very reasonable. Will use again!
