        Wow ...talk about a phone call away !! Thank you so much Donny Brown for coming out this afternoon ...here on a holiday weekend when I know you were closed .....and getting my furnace back up and going... Daniel did a fantastic job... he was very thorough took his time and made sure that he fixed it correctly the first time ....me and ladybug greatly appreciate not being blocks of ice by morning LOL

        We had ATS come clean our ducts recently. It was affordable and they were very nice. The air quality is much better and there is no longer dust accumulating like it was. They also didn't leave a mess or anything. All around good service. Highly recommend!

        I'm sitting in my house that's 80 in the heat of the summer with a two-year-old air conditioner installed by ats.....I called to get a tech and can't get one until tomorrow?????Lame!! Whole purpose of getting a new 5k air conditioner was to avoid days like this....thanks ats for 24 more hours of sweating

      A quick update. The issue with this system was a faulty breaker. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the equipment we installed. We feel this one star review was unwarranted and should be removed!!Hi mark we are sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with our service. We strive to provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we were unable to do that with you, because you were too busy cussing at the dispatcher. We stand behind our work and would be happy to have a technician take a look at it anytime you're ready. We do however require our staff be treated with respect as they are working extreme amounts of overtime in this heat. When you're ready to provide that we are ready to service you. Thanks for your continued support . Ps we still were not able to confirm your address as you hung up in an angry fit of rage before we were able to confirm your appointment. Owners response: We will in no way allow our employees to be disrespected or cussed at. If you would like service from us call and be respectful. We are killing ourselves out here in this heat every day. We could have easily come to you today!!
