Where to begin 2weeks ago my modern went out and I scheduled an appointment and it got canceled due to someone not wanting to do their job and now still waiting for the internet to get fixed and don't let me start on the service dept wow lol what a joke as soon as there is better internet service around here I'm gone. customer service is so bad u can't even talk to someone that speaks English. You have to repeat urslef constantly lol.

THE WORST I have their highest speed internet been a customer since internet was put down my road I even have their mobile phone I was the person who had the internet ran down my road I asked 1 ? " If I had to be logged in to my home internet to use the free peacock I got provided thru being a preferred member it was included in my internet I got the run around & a bunch of wrong answers then was put on hold no body has came back for at least 30 minutes so far I've actually been on the phone for 1 hr and 50 minutes total this is not the stores fault but the only way for me to do this review I'm done waiting on hold now so I'm going to end the call and the review then when I lowered my speed they overcharged me they charged me $100 for a $70 bill I was told I was only had to pay 49.77 as a prorated fee the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life everytime I try to talk to someone they hang up on you they refused to send you to a supervisor or manager half of them cannot even understand English enough to get the numbers 7771 the lady kept giving me 0793 and like 7265 I don't even know where you could even come up with a numbers like that if I could change in Mediacom I would but Comcast has a monopoly on the lines which is supposed to be illegal in the United States two blocks down the road they have Mediacom but Mediacom told me they cannot come here because of Comcast won't let them

Xfinity is the worst company in providing customer service. There is no real live assistance; it is all virtual and via text-messaging only. When you ask for a callback, they get your contact information and inform you someone will call you back in 10-15 minutes, but no one ever does.
