        The best Xfinity store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a good experience when I come to this location. I much prefer going in rather than calling the helpline. Truly cannot thank the staff at this location enough!!

        So I'm trying to transfer my account to someone, and he went to this location today and one of the representatives was pretty rude and brushed both of us off. Since I'm still the account holder, my friend handed me over (on the phone) to the guy, who claimed that everything I had been told by multiple xfinity representatives as well as official documentation is "a lie". After he said this, I told him I'm just trying to understand the confusion and why he thought it was all a lie, and before I could explain my situation, I heard him say "I'm not talking to this man" in the background and then to me "Have a good day" and hung up... Also not sure I believe that his name was really "John Stevens"
