If I could leave negative review I would, please NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They will lure you in with cheap prices and then gage the living daylights out of you. When we moved out we hired profesional house cleaners and profesional carpet cleaners and they had the GAL to not only not give us our deposit back but TRY TO CHARGE US more. I could go on and on, not to mention that Marie is never available and extremely rude when she decides to answer the phone. Seriously her and the actual owners should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Below are some photos of how we left the place.
Ps our kids did rip some of the old, falling apartment blinds and we expected that to come out of our deposit but we have replaced blinds before and at the MAXIMUM it would have been like $100 and is honestly normal wear and tear, and most of them had been broken even before we moved in

My husband and I are considering selling our home, relocating and going back to renting. I always go lowest to highest reviews. Depending on how many there are, I can sit for up to an hour reading reviews, both good and bad, trying to get a clear picture. Due to the petty replies by this place, and the fact that it's so unprofessional to air the dirty laundry of past tenets, I know who to stay away from, solely based on their replies.

We have enjoyed working with Marie and Oakwood Property Management. We haven't had any issues when working with them.

I am a former employee of Oakwood and Marie is amazing and such a genuine person. She is so hardworking and dedicated to a business that most of the time her hands are tied and final decisions are not up to her. The other owner is the one who has control of all financial decisions and final say on everything. Said person is not professional what so ever and its all about the money to them. They are also the one that responds to all the reviews as well so everyone can see how immature and unprofessional they act. Marie is not like that at all and she works very hard to make sure everything is done for her tenants. I loved working for her and she taught me a lot about the rental side of business. I have read all the comments and it is extremely unfair that the bad choices someone else makes falls on her and she gets blamed since the owner of the company only does the finances. Marie really does enjoy her job and she is a very trusting and honest person.
Due to privacy matters I did not use my real name because of bashlash from the other owner.
